Job Description Challenge yourself to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of digital products, driving customer-focused outcomes and organizational success Deliver transformation opportunities across the Disruption experience for Schedule Distribution Full time opportunity at Qantas' Mascot Headquarters As theSenior Manager Digital – Disruption Transformation , working under the Disruption Transformation Program, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a key portfolio supporting Schedule Change activity at Qantas.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Disruption Management (Group), you will shape the roadmap for a suite of products, and drive continuous improvement across multiple stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and the organization.
With a customer-first mindset, you will foster innovation, leverage data to guide decisions, and inspire a high-performing culture within Qantas.
You'll work across a number of stakeholders and products to optimise the systems and processes used to deliver solutions at scale, spanning Network Planning and Scheduling, Revenue Management, Contact Centres, Sales and Operations teams.
You'll bring experience in managing vendor-led system features, automation (of airline PNR handling), and an innovative mindset to designing new platforms.
You'll Have: 8+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years as the owner of a distinct product or product line within commercial travel/aviation, ideally working with vendor-led systems/technology 6+ years in a customer/commercial environment Tertiary educated with significant industry experience; revenue management, network planning, scheduling, or schedule change experience preferred Significant experience in leadership and management Experience leading medium to large multi-disciplinary teams in an agile, collaborative environment Strategic mindset and ability to communicate vision effectively Proven internal and external influencing skills at senior and executive management levels Deep knowledge in customer and product discovery, implementation, and measurement processes Why Qantas?
