Complete Care is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their growing Accounting Department The company is quickly expanding and seeking someone eager to learn and grow.

Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations; assisting with monthly close processes.
Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury; conducting internal audits.
Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
Assisting the controller as needed.
Skills & Expectations : Ability to work well with others, be a good listener, and follow as well as give directions.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Accurate and efficient data entry.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Location : Maitland, with the possibility to work from home 1-2 days a week after training and probationary period.
