Our Business is a busy & well-established roofing supplier and manufacturer of flashings and bespoke trade work. We have a large client base and provide professional services to Roofers, Plumbers and Builders in the Construction industry.

We are looking for a well organized and confident professional individual with excellent administration and computer skills on part time basis

**Key responsibilities of this role include the following**:
Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, phone calls; including general inquiries, mail management, scanning and filing of documents electronically and paper system
Managing databases and electronic filing systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Management of Accounts Receivable (taking payments)
Other administration/reception duties as required

**To be successful in this position you will need**:
Previous administration experience in an accounting firm preferred
Intermediate computer skills eg word, excel and outlook
Excellent Time Management Skills
Ability to deal with all types of clients and build strong client relationships
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Good Team Spirit

**Salary**: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Tips
