Direct message the job poster from Hobbs Harding Search Placing senior lawyers (predominantly Partners) into Australia's leading law firms · Director & Owner of Hobbs Harding Search The opportunities: Though we primarily focus on assisting new and established Partners, we are also interested in speaking with aspiring Partners, particularly those looking to make Partner within the next year or two noting that, from time to time, we place senior lawyers at the Special Counsel level directly into Partner level roles.
Key requirements: We are particularly keen to speak with experienced Sydney-based Special Counsel with strong Partner-level aspirations and, ideally, who are bringing in some of their own work.
A number of the Special Counsel lawyers we speak to aren't excited at the prospect of making Partner where they are (that can be for a number of reasons) so it's important to have a strong understanding of the market and possible options - potentially either with a lateral move directly to Partner, or into another Special Counsel role though with a clear run at making Partner within a reasonably short time frame.
Our key practice areas of interest include the following:corporate / commercialcommercial litigation / insolvencybanking & financeemploymenttaxconstruction / projectspropertytech / cybersecurity / privacy.
