We are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.About the RoleReporting to the Delivery Manager, the Project Coordinator supports the Operations Delivery teams in managing multi-disciplinary projects.
As part of this role, you will assist in data management, project documentation, on-site coordination, reporting, and various project controls to ensure seamless project delivery.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure quality outcomes and maintain project budgets and timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Operations Delivery teams with multi-disciplinary project delivery.Manage project data and develop and maintain project status reports.Support the coordination of on-site activities related to project tasks.Monitor and report on project performance and progress.Review and assess subcontractor claims, reports, and deliverables.Aid in project cost capture, scheduling, and work order management.Provide support in estimating processes, project controls, and project budget development.Ensure timely and accurate cost reporting and forecasting.Develop strong relationships with subcontractors, delivery partners, and key stakeholders.About YouPrevious project coordination experience, particularly in delivering Design and Construct projects.Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules.Effective stakeholder engagement with internal teams, clients, and external partners.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to adapt and work flexibly in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.Why Join Us?Permanent role in a long-term contract.Access to our Ven Perks employee benefit program provides discounts with 450 retailers, Australia-wide, including Woolworths, Coles, and Expedia.Access to a variety of health and wellbeing initiatives including discounted health insurance, and our employee assistance program.Career growth working within a Joint Venture between two industry leaders and ASX listed companies.Interesting and varied work, with support from a wider network of water industry professionals within Downer and Ventia's expansive water businesses.The opportunity to work on the picturesque Gold Coast and enjoy the many lifestyle benefits it has to offer.DiversityVentia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
