Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment.
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting or using their own initiative is required.Dishwashers are required at the below locations: Flinders LaneQualifications:No previous experience required; entry-level positionAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills Responsibilities:Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers and handwashing techniquesEnsure all kitchen items are clean, dried, and stored properlyMaintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, sinks, and back-of-house spacesMonitor and refill dishwashing chemicals and cleaning supplies as neededRemove rubbish and recycling regularly and keep waste areas tidyAssist with basic kitchen cleaning and occasional food prep tasksSupport chefs and kitchen staff as required to maintain smooth operationsFollow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations Working with Brunetti OroThis is a fantastic opportunity to progress your knowledge, experience and career at one of Melbourne's most renowned and iconic hospitality institutions.You will have work/life balance, opportunities for an attractive salary and career progression once you join our highly dedicated and skilled team.
