Job Description We are looking for an Occupational Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team in Melbourne on a full-time or part-time basisIf you are passionate about delivering excellent customer care and making a difference in people's lives, this is the place for you.

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include: Working within various insurance schemes, including Motor Accident Schemes, Worker's Compensation and DVA Assisting and shadowing the rehab consulting team undertaking Worksite, Functional, Ergonomic, Equipment and Home ADL Assessments Report writing and other administrative tasks Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce Liaising with clients, medical practitioners, insurers and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties Providing Ad Hoc Support to a multi-disciplinary term of Rehabilitation Consultants to assist clients in recovering from injury Qualifications What you'll bring to the role: Currently enrolled Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology or Psychology or Chiropractic or Rehab Counselling with the ability to obtain Registration upon graduation (final year applicants preferred, but all Students will be considered) Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is essential)Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time Additional Information What we offer you Truly flexible working, in the community, from home and the office – you set your schedule Learn and be mentored from a multi-award-winning teamMultiple career pathways and professional development opportunities – 90% of our leadership team have been promoted from withinGenerous financial incentives program to reward you for your impact Purchase additional annual leave Paid parental leave Additional employer benefits package including salary sacrificing, fitness passport, novated leasing, Star Finder referral program and so much moreRelocation Assistance At Work Focus, we get people well and working.
