Leveraging your leadership skills and HR expertise, you will act as a trusted strategic partner, coaching leaders and their teams to excel.A champion of our values and behaviours, you will provide strong support in change management, organisational development, and leadership growth.
With a proven track record in successfully leading strategic initiatives from concept to completion, you will ensure an outstanding people experience at every stage.
Your ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.Key Selection Criteria10+ years of experience in a People & Capability Business Partner or similar HR leadership role Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field Extensive experience supporting Executive Managers in change management and business transformation Demonstrated leadership, strategic partnering, coaching, and change management skills Ability to hold leaders accountable in a supportive and constructive manner, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Our TeamAt Interflow, we are honest, reliable, competent and respectful.
