A04 Procurement Officer

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborative teamwork, and is passionate about delivering efficient purchasing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Undertake operational purchasing tasks including ordering goods and services, processing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with relevant procurement policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the Strategic Sourcing team, including document reviews, inbox management, and meeting coordination.
Assist in the development and implementation of Standing Offer Agreements and other key contracts.
Deliver high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders and suppliers, fostering strong working relationships.
Review and action procurement-related reports such as outstanding purchase orders and basket of goods.
Mandatory Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong workload management and critical thinking skills.
Procurement Level 1 accreditation or equivalent experience.
Highly Desirable: Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
Procurement Level 2+ accreditation.
Formal qualifications in procurement, purchasing, or contract management (e.g., QGP, CIPS, or similar).
