Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join a leading Private Equity investment team with a dedicated focus on Health Tech, FMCG and Renewable Infrastructure sectors.
The role involves end-to-end deal execution, market analysis, portfolio monitoring, and strategic value creation in high-growth, impact-driven sectors.
Key Responsibilities : Investment Analysis & Execution Conduct in-depth sector research and market mapping Perform financial modeling, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable), and sensitivity analysis for potential investments.
Assist in due diligence, including commercial, financial, legal, and ESG assessments.
Support deal execution including investment committee materials preparation and transaction structuring.
Portfolio Management Monitor portfolio company performance, track KPIs, and support strategic initiatives including M&A, operational improvements, and growth planning.
Collaborate with management teams and board members to drive long-term value creation.
Market & Sector Insight Stay abreast of trends in digital health, medtech, FMCG, clean energy, energy storage, and sustainability-driven innovation.
Build investment theses by identifying disruptive technologies and scalable business models.
Internal Collaboration Work closely with senior investment professionals, operating partners, and advisors.
Contribute to fund strategy development, LP reporting, and pipeline generation.
Qualifications :2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting with exposure to health, FMCG or energy sectors.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Demonstrated interest or background in healthcare innovation and / or renewable infrastructure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or CFA a plus.
