This leadership role is central to ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of training delivery across both accredited and non-accredited programs.
The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance of a national team of facilitators, trainers, and assessors—key contributors to the organisation's learner experience.
You'll also work closely with internal stakeholders across Compliance, Product, Sales, and Operations to uphold academic standards and ensure delivery excellence.
This role plays a vital part in driving professional development, managing compliance documentation, and enhancing student satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of academic delivery staff Oversee the quality and consistency of training delivery across various programs Analyse student feedback and implement trainer performance improvement strategies Manage academic scheduling, trainer allocations, and delivery readiness Maintain accurate trainer documentation and ensure compliance with RTO standards Support internal audits and regulatory requirements Facilitate professional development and communities of practice About You Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122); Bachelor of Education desirable Strong understanding of AQF, RTO standards, and VET compliance requirements Proven leadership experience with academic / training teams Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication skills Strong administrative, coordination, and documentation capabilities Customer-focused, with a passion for learner success Familiar with LMS and SMS platforms, and experienced in RPL and VET frameworks Be part of a nationally recognised education provider Join a values-driven team committed to excellence in education Supportive leadership, collaborative culture, and ongoing development Hybrid work flexibility and modern office environment If you are interested, please send your cv to Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Management Industries Higher Education and Education Administration Programs Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Cox Purtell Staffing Services by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for "Engagement Manager" roles.
