Residential Services Manager, Vmch

Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for the facility's performance concerning budget management, employee engagement, quality assurance, and clinical care.
VMCH Ashwood offers dementia-specific aged care, with 11 memory support rooms designed to provide specialised care and support for people living with dementia.
About you You have previously held a leadership position within the aged care services sector, demonstrating your ability to work independently and promote a positive workplace environment.
An effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, you build strong relationships with stakeholders and value patience, common sense, and compassion.
You naturally relate to older people and understand their service needs.
You possess well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills, with experience in meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
