As we continue to scale, we're seeking a commercially minded, execution-focused retail executive to lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain, logistics, warehousing, distribution and transport operations across Australia.
This role is critical to ensuring we continue delivering outstanding customer experiences while enabling fast, cost-effective and sustainable growth.
About the Role Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a geographically dispersed national team and take ownership of all aspects of operations from supply planning, sourcing and fulfilment to optimising DC costs, service levels, efficiency and productivity to building logistics resilience through compliance and risk mitigation while augmenting our transport model.
As a seasoned and mature operator, your track record of success to date is attributed to your direct hands-on roll-your-sleeves up approach.
Which in turn, provides you with an intimate understanding of the business' who's who and what's what work as you integrate all facets of DC operations with retail, supply planning, marketing and promotions in an omni-channel retail business.
You will:
• Develop and execute a national operations strategy that supports business growth, cost control and customer delivery performance.

• Oversee a multi-site distribution network, driving warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, and service-level targets.

• Lead and optimise our national transport and logistics model — including 3 PL relationships, fleet strategy, and returns logistics.

• Embed systems and data to increase visibility, improve forecasting, and reduce lead times across the supply chain.

• Champion Lean and CI programs to remove waste, reduce cost-per-unit, and support sustainability goals.

• Build a high-performance, safety-first leadership team and culture across DC operations, warehouses, supply chain and planning, logistics and transport functions.
About You You are a strategic operations retailer and an agile problem-solver, with a track record of leading and transforming large-scale national DC operations as they're enabled by supply chain, logistics and transport functions in a complex ang highly dynamic environments.
You think holistically, lead with intent, and balance customer, cost, and speed priorities with confidence.
You bring:
• 10+ years' experience leading national operations in a retail, FMCG or DC operations environment.

• Proven success managing multi-site DCs, warehouse and transport networks.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to effectively manage your P&L in line with strategic and operational KPIs, targets and budgets with an ROI lens.

• Hands-on experience with WMS, TMS, planning systems supported by data-driven actionable insights that lead to operational transformation, efficiency and productivity.

• The leadership gravitas to unite diverse teams and leaders around shared goals and drive accountability an outcomes at all levels.

• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business or equivalent is essential.
