Ideagen is looking for a proactive Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships within our digital sales team.
You will own the customer journey—driving retention, expansion, and success—while collaborating across teams to deliver value through our Saa S solutions.

Responsibilities: Manage and grow mid-market client relationships, focusing on retention and revenue expansion.
Own the complete sales cycle—from onboarding to upselling and renewals.
Maintain an accurate and visible sales pipeline using Salesforce and Hub Spot.
Deliver tailored Saa S solutions through a consultative, data-driven approach.
Identify growth opportunities and structure deals that provide real value.
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients succeed with Ideagen's products.
Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to enhance engagement and adoption.
Skills and Experience: Experience leading high-performing account management or customer success teams in B2 B Saa S.
Understanding of pricing strategies and renewal mechanics.
Proven success in upselling strategic services.
Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of cutting through the noise.
