Our client is seeking a fully qualified Automotive Technician to join their family-owned dealership group in the Whitsundays region.

Duties of the role : Diagnostics and repair of vehicles to manufacturers' standards Provide advice regarding the mechanical condition of vehicles Report all necessary work, services, or repairs to the service manager and record using in-house databases or reporting systems Provide guidance and training to apprentices Relay information about vehicles to guests in a professional manner Road test vehicles and conduct final assessments prior to delivery or return of vehicle to guest Comply with OH&S policies Essential skills and requirements : Qualifications as an Automotive Technician (Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical)Experience with all vehicle brands considered Minimum 3 years' experience post trade qualification Manual driver's license Strong communication skills Customer service focused High attention to detail Full Australian working rights In return, you will be rewarded with an excellent hourly rate, paying well above award wages, and the chance to join a great family-owned dealership that values its staff.
