Job Description
Key responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition professional should have :

Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to address hiring challenges.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with the business services industry is an advantage.
