Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in delivering financial insights and strategic analysis to support data-driven decision-making that drives revenue growth and profitability.
This role acts as a trusted advisor, combining financial expertise with commercial acumen to influence key business outcomes.
The ideal candidate builds strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Operations, and Planning teams, fostering collaboration, and aligning financial strategy with business objectives.Your key responsibilities will include:Own and deliver Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting with the focus on Sales, Cost of Sales, and Raw material margins.
Analyse and explain variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, translating financial data into actionable insights.
Partner with leadership to drive margin improvement initiatives and monitor ROI on key commercial and operational projects.
Provide financial decision support to Sales, Operations, and Planning teams on pricing, product mix, customer profitability, and cost efficiency.
Support strategic planning and business reviews, including Value Add growth initiatives and operational efficiency programs .
Influence commercial strategy through robust analysis, scenario modelling, and business case development .
About You Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
MBA or CPA/CA preferred.
5+ years experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles.
Experience in Production and Manufacturing environment advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).
Strong collaboration and ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
