In this role, you'll oversee the reporting, forecasting and governance of both BAU and project-related technology spend, while playing a critical part in shaping business cases, vendor negotiations, and strategic resourcing decisions.As a trusted partner to the Technology Leadership Team, you'll ensure financial outcomes align with business priorities and support the successful delivery of key technology investments.If you thrive on driving commercial performance, building strong cross-functional relationships, and uplifting financial capability, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What You'll Be DoingLead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Technology, ensuring alignment with business strategy and commercial priorities.
Deliver accurate and timely reports, budgets and forecasts with clear articulation of risks, opportunities and drivers.
Act as a trusted finance partner across the function, delivering financial insights, influencing decisions and supporting delivery of commercial targets.
Deep dive on financial and operations analysis to uncover business performance drivers, identify opportunities and support continuous improvement.
Evaluate business initiatives through business cases, white papers and post implementation reviews.
Support long term planning and strategic goal setting, including governance tracking of key business KPI's and financial objectives.
Lead and develop high performing team members, support development and succession planning.
Foster a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role you'll have:10+ years' experience in a Commercial Finance Manager role of Finance Business Partner role specifically partnering with Technology.
Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA or CFA).
Proven track record of driving results and delivering insights that contribute to business success.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
Demonstrated ability balancing strong commercial acumen and understanding of value drivers within a business with financial governance and pragmatism.
