The Role As a Site Manager, you will be the person on the ground responsible for the project's overall performance, so being able to instill a team culture that fosters positivity, continuous improvement, communication, teamwork, and respect is essential.

We are looking for people who believe in our purpose, our vision and our guiding principles, and can demonstrate the ability to: Ensure high standards of OHS compliance on site.
Oversee operations on site in accordance with project programs and budgets.
Effectively manage workforce resourcing and productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Liaise closely with the client, ensuring project runs to program.
We're Looking For an individual that has Certificate III or Certificate IV or Diploma in Carpentry.
An understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies.
Experience across a range of project types and industries.
Demonstrated skills in leading by example.
The ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
Well-developed planning, organisation, and time management skills.
Clear understanding of OHS requirements (Cert III in OHS accreditation is desirable).
