Representing Empower at job fairs and industry events
Collaborating with the broader P&C team on employer branding, retention, and other exciting projects
Managing our recruitment database and talent pools in Job Adder
The role will provide you with the autonomy to manage your own talent pools and be creative with how you recruit - basically no idea is a bad idea
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a self-motivated person with a high degree of initiative that takes ownership of their work and demonstrates a proactive attitude.
