About You: You have 10+ years' interior design experience (lighting industry background highly valued, but not essential).
You are deeply passionate about lighting design and how it transforms a space.
You love working with people — whether it's a homeowner looking for their dream statement piece or a designer/builder on a major project.
You're positive, honest, and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic and dedication to the art and business of retail.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are willing to go the extra mile for clients.
About Us: Home of Lights is reimagining what a lighting showroom can be — a curated space celebrating decorative, 'makers' and designer lighting from across Australia and beyond.
We work with both retail customers and the trade to bring exceptional lighting visions to life.
In This Role, You Will: Inspire and guide clients to create spaces they love, centred around beautiful lighting.
Work across both retail and trade projects, from concept to final selection.
Bring your design expertise to elevate our customer experience in-store and online.
Be part of a small, supportive, and creative team where your voice matters.
