Materials Coordinator

We're recruiting for an experienced Turnaround Materials Coordinator to join our offshore Energy team in Perth.
This role will act as the key Monadelphous focal point in coordination of Turnaround materials planning and execution.
This position is based in our client's office in Perth CBD with regular Pre-Turnaround travel offshore, and offshore attendance a requirement during the Turnaround event.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:Flexible working from home arrangementsSalary sacrifice and novated leasing availableBased at our client's head office in the CBD, close to public transportKey Responsibilities:Acts as the Monadelphous focal point for all our supply chain scope in the planning, execution and close-out of the turnaround.Provides support and direction to the Turnaround team for all material relative to the turnaround and in accordance with approved procedures, work processes, and standards.Interface with management teams in client, Monadelphous and sub-contractors' organisations.Coordinate with work planners and schedulers during the planning phase and work closely with field Coordinators, Supervision, Contractors, Client Operations, Project and Discipline Engineering teams in all phases.Owns and implements the Turnaround Deck Management Plan in conjunction with the day to day operations Supply Chain / Warehouse team on site.Developing resource plans and oversees field execution.Review and monitor Materials Status Report and communicate issues to Planners, Coordinators, Schedulers, procurement and expediting teams.What you'll bring:Experience in the energy industryGood understanding of material certification requirementsWillingness to travel to site as per business requirementsExperience with CMMS systems, preferably SAPDangerous Goods (MO41) declaration authority.Valid Australian Driver's LicenseProof of right to work in AustraliaLife at MonadelphousWe celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
