We are seeking an experienced Principal HR Business Partner to join our team and be a driving force in this change where we ensure our Business Partners act as trusted advisors to our Executives, Senior Leaders and employees, delivering value-added service aligning HR strategies with business goals.
The role requires a strong understating of business operations and the ability to drive change, build strong relationships and create positive employee experiences.
We are looking for someone with: Experience in the provision of customer focussed workforce services that foster collaboration and continual improvement.
Well-developed interpersonal, facilitation, influencing, negotiation, networking and relationship management skills.
The ability to deliver tailored, innovative recommendations and solutions for HR/workforce issues, and support delivery of HR consultancy in a customer centric environment.
Appointment to classification will be based upon skills / experience.
