This is offered on 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster and is FIFO from Perth.

Providing field support, guidance, and leadership on safety, work management, troubleshooting, fault finding, and quality of work.
Ensuring timely execution of daily and weekly maintenance schedules, while maintaining compliance with work management procedures.
Meeting maintenance targets by performing inspections, servicing, adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs on mobile equipment.
Monitor team performance and proactively enhance the overall capability of the team.
Supporting the training and mentoring of apprentices and trainees, while supervising contractors.
Maintaining equipment across multiple departments and sites, including mining, technical services, and infrastructure.
Helping develop and implement maintenance procedures, processes, and technology to ensure safe and efficient asset operation, providing input based on prior experience.
Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
About you: Australian recognised Heavy Mobile Mechanical Trade Qualification Previous experience in mechanical maintenancein an underground environmentand knowledge of mining technologies and equipment Knowledge of Registered plant and inspections Current WA Dangerous Goods Security Card, Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces is desirable High Risk License – Dogging, Rigging and Forklift highly regarded Gold Fields is committed to achieving an inclusive workforce.
