Role Overview As an Assistant Store Manager (also known as Customer Service Manager), you will support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, ensure smooth store operations, and foster a positive, engaging work environment.
Ideal Candidate Management or leadership experience Ability to lead by example and deliver excellent customer service Motivational and inspiring leadership skills Experience in training, driving sales, and achieving results Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security Join Us Be part of our mission to support customers' passion for sports and fitness.
