Experience with Appian custom development (e.g., language -Java) Familiarity with a range of automation and low-code platforms Experience leading teams and coaching junior staff Ability to provide insight based on experience on recommended actions.
Industry experience in Financial Services preferred but not required Ability to navigate challenges posed by clients and highlight risks as well as solutions for mitigating risks identified.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Developer Certification(s) to credentials your Appian experience, along with the motivation to keep learning more Ability to lead multiple engagements concurrently Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Leading development teams, actively troubleshooting issues and helping team to troubleshoot issues.
Conducting research, development, and implementation of new tools to speed up and simplify application development.
Managing all project related documentation, training, and tooling so that they are updated, easily accessible and globally reusable.
Building relationship and liaising with Appian Customer Success Managers.
Coaching others on technical best practices.
Assisting with adding top talent to our team by participating in recruiting events and conducting candidate interviews Supporting/leading pre-sales, scoping, and client presentations PreferredStrong Design and Development in Appian Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
