Are you an experienced Appian Developer ready to take the lead? Join us as we scale and optimise the Appian platform across critical business functions. You'll lead end-to-end delivery, mentor a talented team, and work closely with stakeholders to drive innovation and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian solutions
  • Define and enforce architecture and development best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Guide and mentor developers, driving continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality delivery
  • Explore emerging technologies to enhance Appian capabilities
  • Manage UAT, deployments, and upgrades (cloud and on-prem)
  • Work with global teams in an Agile environment

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of software development experience, including 4–5 years in Appian
  • 1–2 years in a leadership or senior developer role
  • Strong foundation in J2EE, .NET, and RDBMS
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
  • Appian Certification (Senior/Lead) preferred
  • Bonus: Experience with AI, RPA, IDP, DevOps, or Process Mining tools
