Our Client Care Specialists play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
The primary objective of this role is to cultivate strong customer loyalty and foster enduring client relationships, all while ensuring that our clients fully leverage the benefits of our services.

What you'll do:

Be the person responsible for advising all our new client enquires on the initial process;
Work with our national team of lawyers to ensure we provide the highest level of client service;
Ensure our client experience is the best it can be with a focus on ongoing service delivery and client care;
You'll work closely with Team Leaders to escalate client issues for a speedy resolution; and
Provide unwavering support to our clients in a professional and empathetic manner.

The perfect fit….

Minimum 1-2 years PAE in Family Law;
A real team player and people person dedicated and determined to make a difference to the lives of the clients' we serve each and every day;
Exceptional customer/client care experience;
Superior verbal and written communication skills;
Effectively prioritises and executes tasks in a high-pressure environment;
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products;
Experience using LEAP (not a requirement but an advantage); and
Holds a current Practicing Certificate (a requirement).
