About the role: We are seeking an experienced Manager Planning, Governance and Performance who will be responsible for proactively engaging with senior management and stakeholders to provide leadership, advice, and support to build best practice governance, strategic and business planning, policy management and performance reporting and evaluation.
The position also develops and manages business planning and management frameworks, including governance processes, systems and reporting practices across Path West.
This role maintains an awareness of the external environment and contributes to defining strategic agency outcomes, including identifying and providing advice on regulatory, compliance, policy, government and sector-related issues that strengthen decision-making, alignment, performance and accountability.
The position also leads and manages Path West's FOI and formal information requests.

An unsatisfactory PEHA will result in the offer of employment being withdrawn.
Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service.
In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process.
Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
