As the largest private hospital in northwestern Melbourne with the only private 24-hour Emergency Department and Critical Care unit, we work with highly skilled visiting specialists offering subspecialty expertise.

As the Hospital Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Supervising safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards Supporting and liaising with Nurse Unit Managers of wards and departments Assisting with staffing coordination Managing patient flow and planning operational processes Coordinating patient admissions and discharge planning Supporting quality improvement initiatives and safety standards Essential Criteria: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Current unrestricted AHPRA registration Ability to manage competing demands and coordinate resources effectively Advanced interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Desirable Criteria: Recent experience in bed management and patient flow Experience in staff coordination and allocation High computer literacy, including MS Office Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Leadership skills, including mentorship and coaching Why Join Us?Join Healthscope and become part of a vibrant community committed to exceptional care.
