About the Job Contribute to the effective and efficient operations of the Fund's investment activities by providing support and managing key activities such as unit pricing, daily operational matters, projects, regulatory reporting obligations, custody relationships, and custody-related matters.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Manage daily operational matters, including instructions to Rest's custodian and investment managers.
Translate business strategy changes into operational model adjustments, processes, or controls to maintain a robust service model.
Support the management of the daily unit pricing process.
Implement and oversee internal operational process changes to maintain a robust unit pricing oversight model.
Use problem-solving skills to innovate and maximise member outcomes.
Build relationships with key service providers and participate in service reviews to improve service quality.
Support Investment Group initiatives related to Investment Operations.
Manage project delivery to meet objectives within timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
Support daily cash flows, including related activities.
Assist with the class action process to seek the best financial outcomes for members.
Manage data reconciliations and reporting for regulatory requirements to ASX, ASIC, and APRA, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications About You : Tertiary education in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in financial services, with in-depth knowledge of fund accounting and unit pricing processes.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and high accuracy.
Ability to anticipate needs, work under pressure, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for liaising and negotiating with various organizational levels.
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
