Job Description Manage a portfolio of existing SMB clients across the region.
Build strong, trust-based relationships and act as a key point of contact.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, usage, and retention.
Identify and action upsell/cross-sell opportunities that align with client needs.
Conduct regular check-ins (in-person and virtual) to understand goals and challenges.
Monitor client performance metrics and resolve issues proactively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
The Successful Applicant You're an experienced Account Manager with a passion for helping clients succeed.
You understand how to build long-term relationships, are commercially minded, and have a strong grasp of Saa S or tech-enabled services.
Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles.
Strong understanding of SMB customer needs and business models.
Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Comfortable in a hybrid F2 F and remote client engagement model.
Saa S or digital solutions experience is highly regarded.
