Senior Manager – Regulatory Affairs and Engagement Primary office location: Sydney Date: 10-Jul-2025 Employment type: Permanent - Full time, Mid-senior Job category: Compliance & Regulatory, Risk Management Join our Operational Resilience, Governance and Structure team within Aggregate Risk and Prudential, which plays a key role working with a wide range of stakeholders to help meet obligations to the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) related to operational resilience, governance, and contagion risk.

What role will you play?You will be responsible for working with various Macquarie's businesses to deliver accurate and timely advice on APRA's requirements, including reviewing proposed new business and transactions for compliance with relevant prudential standards.
You will support Macquarie's businesses in non-financial risks, such as intragroup transactions, operational resilience, and governance.
You will provide Line 2 review and challenge related to frameworks that support compliance with key APRA prudential standards.
You will review complex issues, develop insights to aid senior leadership decision-making, and lead within the team, managing and mentoring junior members to deliver insightful advice.
