What does a Graduate Environmental Scientist do in our Environment & Geosciences team?Participate in projects involving investigation and remediation of contaminated land, waste management, resource recovery, assessment and management of acid sulfate soils, water and wastewater monitoring, and hydrogeology.
Attend sites to collect soil, groundwater, surface water, and gas samples, supervising contractors as needed.
Assist in analyzing laboratory data and preparing technical reports.
Develop practical and commercial solutions to meet client requirements.
Engage in work-related training and self-development for career growth.
Collaborate with project staff and work within a team of technical specialists.
About you: Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Science, Geology, Hydrogeology, or related fields.
Passion for learning and problem-solving.
Eligible to work in Australia.
Final year of degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Valid driver's license.
Personal attributes include interest in contaminated land or environmental fields, ability to work in teams, and collaboration skills.
