Working closely with our Partners and the wider team, you will gain exposure to the most complex work in the market.
You'll have the privilege of advising clients from almost every sector, including government, mining, energy, banking, and infrastructure.
At Allens, our structure means you'll get exposure to a number of different Disputes and Investigations Partners within your practice group and a wide variety of work.
We encourage our lawyers to find their niche and specialise in areas they're interested in, while building a strong foundation across their field.
Your role within our team could typically include advising clients on;significant commercial litigation for Australia's leading ASX listed entities and for governmentworking on cross border litigation and restructuring for some of the world's most significant corporateslarge scale corporate insolvency, restructuring and workouts for Australia's major banks and leading accounting firmssignificant investigations work, including regulatory investigations and government inquiries.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

About You You will have: Experience working in commercial litigation and/or corporate insolvency and restructuring at a leading Australian practice or international firm.
