This position will work closely with a team of 10 other disputes lawyers, all supported by a dedicated admin team across the wider firm.

The firm is seeking to appoint an additional Associate or Junior SA to handle its growing commercial litigation workload. This role presents the chance to:

• Work on a diverse mix of high-quality disputes (80% broad commercial litigation; 10-20% insolvency)
• Handle matters spanning corporate, commercial, IP, construction, property, and competition / consumer law
• Be involved in cases ranging from mid-sized disputes to large-scale litigation, including several significant current matters
• Collaborate directly with partners who have top-tier and international experience
• Enjoy a balanced workflow without the pressure of business development, thanks to strong referrals from the firm's market-leading front-end practices

The firm acts for an impressive roster of clients across multiple sectors, including ASX-listed corporations, private equity firms, SMEs, founders, government entities, and not-for-profits.

These clients operate in diverse industries such as technology, manufacturing, agriculture, digital innovation, property, and mining.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will possess :

• 3+ years' PAE in commercial litigation
• Lawyers considered up to Junior Senior Associate Level or 8 Years PAE
• Strong technical skills in dispute resolution and litigation
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commercial acumen and client-focused approach
