Who are we looking for?We're seeking a Senior Environmental Scientist to join our Environment team.
Our Environment business has experienced strong growth and is one of the largest groups in WA, specializing in impact assessment and approvals, terrestrial ecology, marine, air, and noise assessments.
Our diverse team contributes to projects focused on renewable energy, critical minerals, and Defence at regional, national, and global levels.

This position involves: Conducting environmental assessments and impact studies in compliance with Australian regulations.
Leading and preparing high-quality proposals and technical reports.
Acting as Project Manager for routine projects, collaborating with stakeholders.
Supervising project or design teams, including assigning and reviewing work.
Developing and submitting proposals for low-risk projects, involving stakeholder engagement.
Communicating with clients about current and future needs, providing updates.
Supporting and training less experienced team members.
What you will bring: Bachelor of Science (Environmental) or related degree.5+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of environmental regulations.
Broad professional knowledge or advanced technical skills.
Proven client service and business development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
Current C class driver's license.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
