Plan, coordinate, and implement in-depth levels of clinical expertise and extensive specialised knowledge within Women's Health to provide high-quality physiotherapy care to patients of the Royal Hospital For Women, consistent with NSW Health, SESLHD policies, procedures, and standards.
This role includes responsibilities for supervision, quality improvement initiatives, education delivery to other healthcare professionals, and the teaching of students on clinical placement.

Selection Criteria : Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and the Physiotherapy Board of Australia, with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning.
Extensive postgraduate clinical experience in Women's Health Physiotherapy.
Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills, including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-level clinical advice, education, and support to others in delivering service excellence.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and to apply advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgment when dealing with complex or critical situations.
Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, complete, and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes.
Active participation in developing, implementing, and reporting on services.
Current driver's license (or willingness to travel as required).
