We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional to take a lead role in shaping how we meet our legislative, industrial, and compliance obligations across Australia and New Zealand.In this role, you'll lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and strategic initiatives that ensure compliance with employment laws, enterprise and collective agreements, and internal policies.
You'll be a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, driving policy development, managing change, and supporting key people and culture activities like embedding legislative changes, providing strategic ER advice to the business, and reviewing policies and procedures.You'll work closely with our internal legal team, partner with leaders across People & Culture, and stay ahead of external regulatory trends to ensure we remain compliant and future-ready.
