We are now welcoming applications for our 2026 Grad ProgramAsk us for a copy of our2026 Grad Program Guidefor full details 2026 Grad Program Salary Package Superannuation: $9,600.00 PD allowance: up to $4,000.00 / 4 days PD leave Total package: $93,600.00 Highlights of the Grad Program: Clinic-based role- work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners, not out of the boot of your car on your own Comprehensive induction- a 2-week comprehensive induction period, with ongoing training and development????Manageable caseload- A slow build-up in caseload, with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior SPs working right alongside youFrequent supervision- weekly 1:1 internal supervision & fortnightly peer supervision, you'll never feel left on your own and will be well supported Professional Development- monthly in-service professional development from highly experienced seniors Highlights of Working at Pepper Kids: Paid Parental Leave- up to 12 weeks additional paid parental leave tosupportparent'ssuccess both at work and at home More Annual Leave- up to 5 weeks, including a week of Bonus Leave More PD- up to 4 days PD leave per year / $4,000 budget and regular in-service PD from senior practitioners More Clinical Support- work alongside the team in a dedicated clinic room, with calendared 1:1 supervision & fortnightly peer supervision More Admin Support- our client service team handles all things admin, including client waitlist and all bookings More Flexibility- the ability to choose your working hours, and even complete admin work from home More Autonomy- full control over your calendar, see clients in clinic or in the community, dedicated admin time A generous salary with a focus on quality, not KPIs- 1:1 supervision, peer supervision, regular in-service PD, & career development opportunities Work-life balance- flexible hours between 7.30am to 5.30pm, WFH and always finish on time Please note: we have limited positions available across our 4 clinic locations.
