Overview Senior Product Manager – Team Member Experience (TMX) leads the vision, strategy and delivery of technology platforms that enhance the everyday experience of KFC's restaurant team members.
You'll lead a team dedicated to introducing and supporting innovative solutions that simplify work, solve real restaurant challenges, and create meaningful value for those on the frontline.
This crucial role ensures KFC's systems are intuitive, efficient, and truly make a difference in team member engagement and performance.
Responsibilities Define and lead the end-to-end strategy for team member-facing systems.
Drive prioritisation and alignment of product features.
Develop and maintain a roadmap that balances innovation with operational excellence.
Translate complex technology into tangible business value, ensuring all products address key challenges.
Build, develop and lead a high-performing product team focused on agile delivery and continuous improvement.
Support key tech solutions, including time and attendance, safety and wellbeing, team and customer surveying, learning and development, recruitment and onboarding systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and integration.
Identify and collaborate with third-party technology providers to deliver impactful and scalable solutions.
Manage ongoing performance of external vendors.
Focus on building seamless and intuitive systems that enable team members to engage easily.
Use analytics, field insights, and qualitative feedback to measure success and inform product enhancements that drive measurable impact.
Partner with change leads to support adoption and engagement strategies for new tools and systems introduced into the network.
Ensure all team member platforms meet relevant legal, compliance, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications Extensive product leadership experience in QSR, retail, or similar service industry (highly regarded).
Experience with frontline employee platforms.
Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Human-Centred Design, or related field a plus.
Experience with product strategy & roadmaps, vendor & platform management and systems integrations.
User-centred design and service design thinking experience coupled with ability to drive change.
Risk, compliance, and security awareness.
Solid incident and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Good understanding of business and operational drivers.
Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
