More About the Role at Heart Foundation In this role, you will track project activities, engage with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to national healthcare campaigns, and develop resources for health professionals and consumers.  In line with funding arrangements, this position is being offered on a maximum-term part-time contract, ending in November 2026.

You will have flexibility over your 22.5hr working week.    **Your Key Responsibilities ** - Support the project coordination and integration of the Aus CVD Risk Calculator into general practice software  - Provide secretariat support for internal and external project meetings  - Engage with internal and external stakeholders, to advance CVD risk implementation project activities  - Contribute to Heart Week and other national health awareness campaigns  - Assist in developing consumer and health professional resources to support the uptake of CVD risk assessment and management  - Collaborate with the Digital and Marketing teams to maximise program reach and impact  ** ** **What You'll Bring ** - Experience in project coordination and support  - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently  - Experience developing and distributing health professional and consumer resources  - Understanding of campaign coordination and evaluation for health-related programs  - Ideally, experience working in a health environment, particularly with primary health care professionals  - High proficiency in Microsoft Office and online meeting technology  If you don't think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
