AT PULSEPulse is seeking an experienced business analyst for our maintenance module, which integrates in real-time with all other Pulse ERP modules, providing "one version of the truth" for clients.
The maintenance module offers powerful, configurable operational tools for recording and analyzing maintenance history, enabling accurate forecasting and budgeting.
PULSE RESPONSIBILITYThe business analyst will optimize the Pulse ERP user experience by understanding the product deeply and supporting clients to use it efficiently and effectively.
Requirements include a maintenance background with practical experience in plant registers, job management, preventative maintenance scheduling, and component tracking.
Experience in the mining industry is highly regarded.
Candidates must also be : Experienced with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel (Project is advantageous)Able and willing to travel regularly to client sites both intrastate and interstate Capable of interacting with all organizational levels, with excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills Collaborative with module lead stakeholders on key initiatives Team-oriented with Account Managers, Module Leads, and Client Experience leads to ensure effective service delivery Skilled in developing and enforcing support desk policies and best practices Able to create and update standard operating procedures ABOUT YOU : The ideal candidate combines technical and maintenance experience within a consulting and support environment, with openness to working with technology and system integration.
