Why You'll Love This Role Work across internal comms, digital media, and employee engagement Drive storytelling that connects people to strategy and purpose Influence health & wellbeing, D&I, and CSR initiatives Collaborate with business leaders and comms specialists nationwide Lead intranet innovation, content creation, and channel development What You'll Be Doing Create and implement internal communications that inspire and engage Develop content across multiple channels including video, newsletters, social media, intranet, and more Be the go-to for intranet functionality, enhancements, and governance Support corporate comms and CSR initiatives through engaging content and campaigns Project manage new media initiatives from concept to delivery Collaborate with stakeholders to amplify brand and culture internally What You Bring Tertiary qualifications in communications or relevant experience Proven experience across digital communications, PR, and marketing Strong writing, editing, and creative storytelling skills Solid knowledge of intranet systems and web comms practices Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, and bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite Strategic, resourceful, and results-driven mindset Great stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.To apply please click apply or call Christine Iannarella on +61 7 3032 2235 for a confidential discussion.
