We're looking for an experienced and strategic Lifecycle and Release Manager to join our Enterprise Service Management Office.
In this highly visible and customer-facing role, you will drive ITSM best practices, leading asset, release, lifecycle, and configuration management capabilities across Optus Enterprise.
You'll influence stakeholders across customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, governance, and automation adoption.

Your Day-to-Day : Lead the governance and delivery of Asset, Release, Lifecycle and Configuration Management processes across Optus Enterprise customers and vendors.
Manage and improve CMDB accuracy and asset data quality to support operational health and compliance.
Provide strategic and operational leadership of release pipelines, ensuring successful planning and rollout of changes.
Oversee stakeholder and vendor governance forums, driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report on ITSM process performance, delivering insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Act as a change agent, driving adoption of ITIL best practices and embedding process improvements across the organisation.
What We're Looking For : Extensive ICT industry experience, including strategic and operational service management expertise.
Strong experience in Asset, Release, Lifecycle, and Configuration Management practices.
ITIL v4 Foundation (or extensive ITIL experience) and understanding of Agile methodologies in ITSM environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, vendors, and customers.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using CMDB and ITSM tools.
Proven success in driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives within complex ICT environments.
