Who could you be at GHD?Our Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence teamhelp our clients transition from traditional business intelligence methods to advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) approaches.
Our Data Scientistsutilise a wide variety of services and solutions - from natural language processing to convert voice, video, pictures, and other unstructured data into structured data on user-friendly dashboards; to forecasting, predictive and prescriptive analytics – to solve real-world problems and support better decision-making.
This team of specialists are looking for Graduate Data Scientists/Analysts to join them as part of our 2026 Graduate Program.
We're looking for someone who:has recently graduated (or is a current student expecting to graduate by the end of 2025) with a degree and/or major in areas such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or Econometrics.
Has an interest in working in consulting and the engineering sectorhas good verbal and written communication skills.is enthusiastic and willing to learn across a wide range of projects.
These positions are available in our Melbourne and Sydney offices, starting in February 2026.
Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career.
Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we'll help you detangle any challenges along the way.
