This senior leadership position will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and clinical leadership across maternity, paediatric, and related services.
The successful candidate will inspire multidisciplinary teams, champion evidence-based care, and drive innovation in service delivery to ensure the highest standard of outcomes for women, children, and families.

Essential Criteria
• MBBS (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration.
• Fellowship of RANZCOG or RACP, with substantial experience in Obstetrics or Paediatrics.
• Demonstrated leadership of clinical programs or services at a senior level.
• Strong ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent clinical communication, integrity, and professionalism.
• A commitment to service innovation, continuous improvement, and collaborative practice.
