Are you passionate about empowering people with disability to live their best lives? Healthscope Independence Services is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead two unique services: a modern SDA apartment block in Box Hill and a female-only SIL house in Glenroy.
With over 30 years of experience in disability support, we provide nurturing environments that help individuals achieve their goals.

About the Role As Service Manager, you will: Lead and mentor a team delivering person-centred care.
Oversee service delivery, including staffing, quality, risk, and budgeting.
Foster a culture of growth, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with health professionals to promote holistic care.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
