Want to work on modern Microsoft Cloud projects with a team that actually invests in your growth?Here's your chance.ARCQ Talent is proud to be partnering with a well-regarded Australian Professional Services consultancy that's built around values, community, and real technical excellence.With strong project pipelines, a loyal client base, and Microsoft at the heart of everything they do - this brand new role has been created to help keep momentum high and delivery sharp.What You'll Do You'll step in as a Senior Cloud Consultant - a hands-on role leading the technical charge across cloud transformation, security uplift, and modern workplace deployments.Expect variety, autonomy, and plenty of room to make an impact:Deliver and support Microsoft Azure, Intune, M365, Defender & hybrid environments Automate infrastructure and user provisioning using Power Shell and modern tools Drive migrations and implementations across Microsoft 365 stack Review and uplift cloud security and compliance (including Essential 8) Create high-quality documentation, diagrams, and handovers for smooth transitions Contribute to how the Professional Services practice itself evolves What Success Looks Like This role is designed for someone who's ready to take real ownership and shape both client outcomes and internal capability.You'll stand out if you:Confidently lead projects end-to-end - from pre-sales input through to delivery and support Manage multiple client priorities effectively while maintaining a high quality of service Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders Champion high standards in documentation, communication, and project handover Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple channels (email, phone, in-person) Mentor others in the team - offering guidance, sharing knowledge, and lifting standards What You Bring You don't need to tick every single box - but strong hands-on experience across Microsoft Cloud and a proactive mindset will set you up to succeed.3-5+ years' experience across Azure, M365 & Intune Strong Power Shell scripting & automation skills Experience across on-prem & hybrid infra (VMware, Hyper-V, DNS/DHCP, etc.) Exposure to migration & backup tools (Veeam, Sharegate, Skykick, etc.) Bonus points for Microsoft Sentinel, compliance knowledge, or presales capability What's in It for You Be mentored into a Microsoft Consultant- not just an engineer Paid Microsoft Certs + time set aside for professional development Flexibility - WFH + client-facing engagement Latest tech stack across Azure, M365, Defender, Sentinel, and more A genuinely collaborative team that backs each other to grow 80% delivery | 10% capability uplift | 10% personal development Ready to step up?
