Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
Encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals.
Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.

About You Current Drivers Licence and First Aid & CPR Certificate.
